Patrick Kernen
Managing Partner
Patrick brings over a decade of experience helping organizations turn strategy into action through digital transformation and customer-focused solutions. He has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, and startups to tackle complex challenges with practical, results-driven approaches. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a background in finance and information systems, Patrick also holds a certification in Digital Strategies for Business from Columbia Business School and is a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design. When he’s not helping clients innovate, Patrick is an adventure seeker, traveler, standup comedian, skier, and sports enthusiast. He lives in Austin, TX with his trusted companion, Garth.

Daniel is an engineer with over a decade of experience building complex technology and AI-driven solutions that help businesses adapt, operate more efficiently, and scale. He has led technical teams and partnered with organizations ranging from startups to established companies, tackling difficult challenges with a blend of hands-on engineering and strategic insight. Daniel holds an engineering degree from Arizona State University and brings a practical, business-minded approach to every engagement. Daniel lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and daughter. He enjoys traveling, cooking, studying wine, and teaching his daughter to speak French.
